Colin is from Spokane, Washington and attended Gonzaga University where he studied mechanical engineering. This year he will be serving at St. Augustine High School in San Diego as a campus minister. Colin is looking forward to engaging young men in their faith lives to create men with and for others.
I, Colin Helgeson, commit myself to being an Augustinian Volunteer, to live a life of service for others through intentional community.
What led you to a year of service?
I had so many great male role models and educators growing up that inspired me. I wanted to give back to a new generation of young men and hopefully provide the great experiences that I had.
